Our friendly light house is in an urbanisation with 2 Community pools. The utilization from the pools is free. To the beaches you can go on foot. It’s only approx. 1000 m. Our beaches have all the blue flag. That is a sign for good quality. In only few km of distance, you have 3 evergreen 18 whole golf courses where you can follows your hobby. Supermarkets, restaurants and medical service you have same “on the corner”, also every Saturday our known street market. Our house is build over 3 floors. Over a tiled garden with exotic plants and a large terrace you come in a lovely living room with a well equipped American kitchen, separate dining room, toilet and shower. From the salon it go also stairs to the next floor with 2 bedrooms and a bath. On the 3rd floor you have a large sun terrace with sea view.

Playa Flamenca, as the name almost already says lies at our beautiful, fine-sandy beaches as well as romantic bath bays. The beaches are ideal for children since they fall flat and the infrastructure is super. So, we have WC´s, hygienically, kiosk, playground and Red Cross as well as lifeguards. Shopping centres like Plus, Lidl, Aldi, Mercadonna and Consum are just as comfortable to reach on foot from 200 m until 600 m of distance from the house. Banks and medical supply as well as stores and restaurants of all the type are distant only a few minutes. The area offers many possibilities for trips, Shopping, conversation and nightlife. Only one crossroad off considers a bus stop for itself, from where comfortably of Cartagena, Murcia etc., from one after Torrevieja, Alicante. With a taxi, one also is fast in Torrevieja to nightly-morning disco visits. Further attractions are Delfinarium, casual park Terramitica, for Palm Park, safari park in 40 - 120 km of vicinity.
Availability notes We don't have on any solid ones - and departure days. Since we lives permanently here, it is not any problem either to be arrived to every day and nighttime. With demand, we offer also our airport services. We pick you up from Alicante or Murcia and bring back you also again. If new guests don't arrive immediately again on the departure day, you don't need the house left until 10.00 o'clock either.

Notes to the rental rates: The prices are for 1 – 2 persons. 50 Euros per week are charged extra fort he 3rd and 4th person. For 5 – 6 people 100 Euros are charged. A caution of 200 Euros must be transferred and which will be refunded in case of proper leaving on the day of departure. Handing over cleaning: for 2 persons 66 Euros, each additional person pays 8 Euros.

Is contained: Coffee, Milk, Cheese, Eggs, Marmalades, Bread or Baguette and Butter, water and a six-pack beer, what then stands ready in the fridge. Price: 25.00 Euro.
Pensioners over the winter also are welcome. You only pay 127.50 Euro/Week from a term of the lease of at least 4 weeks for 1 - 2 people. These prices are valid over the entire year, besides in the height of the season. Of course you also are welcome if you would like to be in vacation only 1 weeks or less than 4 weeks in the autumn, winters or spring. Our quite normal week prices then are valid.
The rate is to be paid only on the arrival day in cash, in the moment if you take the keys for the house. In order to be able to adjust our service better to you, it would be helpful if you could give us information over your possible arrival time. We like to offer also our airport service or are helpful for you with the search of a rental car. If you arrive with own vehicle, we like to send you a way description.
Downstairs we have a showerroom with toilet, and in the first floor we have a bathroom with bathtb, toilet and bidet. The bathroom in the first floor have also a window.
Here, it really is of universe possible. You can undertake km-long bicycles-tours along the irrigation canals, can your go on your hobby, on our innumerable tennis courts or but in the vicinity of only 20 km on ours says and writes 5 evergreen ones 18-pierces golf courses plays. We like to book star times for you. For summers and the children, we have different water parks in Torrevieja and Quesada, Go Card tracks 'immediately around the corner' or the casual park Terra Mitica of Benidorm.
