The house is located in the new residence ‘El Pinet’ only 500 m away to the beach in the city of La Marina. It was built in 2003/2004. You will also find a pool with special children area. You have 75 m² living space, over 40 m² terraces / balcony with a wonderful view to the Mediterranean Sea. There is also a 75 m² garden, where you can park your car. All windows have a sliding shutter. For your comfort there is an air condition in the living room and in both bed rooms. All facilities (supermarkets, doctors, banks etc.) are in La Marina downtown.

La Marina is located between Santa Pola (5 km north) and Guardemar (7 km south) and 20 km south of Alicante airport or 15 km north of Torrevieja. The town offers all shopping facilities, restaurants, doctors etc. Huge supermarkets like Carrefour are in Elche just 15 km away. It is a very quite place to stay and relax. Temperature: The area has one of the best climate in Europe with around 330 sunny days a year and an average temperature of 16°C in January and 30°C in August. Due to the several salt lakes, the climate is very good for skin, asthma and allergies.

Notes to the rental rates: Final cleaning charge is 50 Euro which is paid to the caretaker in Spain.
First floor: living and dining room: 26 m², television with SAT-TV and more than 30 national and international channels; radio with CD-player, air condition, American kitchen: 5 m², bath room with shower: 3 m², terrace: 13 m² with table and four chairs.
Second floor: master bedroom: 12 m², two beds (each 90 x 200), balcony: 6.5 m², air condition for both bedrooms, children’s bedroom: 9 m², baby bed included, bath room: 5 m². Please bring your own towels. Roof terrace with a superb round view to lakes and sea: 21 m².
To satisfy everyone's very own wishes, there are many possibilities for leisure and multiple activities in the area. Excursions to Alicante, Santa Pola, Elche/Elx, Torrevieja, Orihuela, Benidorm or Murcia by car show you the beautiful area of Costa Blanca South. Tennis courts (at camping place La Marina) or horse rides close to pine forests or beaches, sailing in the ocean, shopping in the shopping centre or at the numerous weekly markets in the region, water parks, golf, etc. There are many and diverse possibilities.

As we have two children some recommendations to do:
Santa Pola Park: carnival with various attractions located on route N332 (8 km from La Marina);
Rio Safari Park Elche: different animals including elephants, zebras, monkeys, giraffes, snakes etc. between Santa Pola und Elche, (located 15 km from La Marina);
Aqua Park in Torrevieja: large pool area with children's slide; open from June 15. til September 15. On route N332 toward Torrevieja (located 15 km from La Marina);
Terra Metica: largest amusement park in Spain; many attractions with the theme of the Middle Ages. On route A7 in Benidorm (75 km from La Marina);
Mundomar in Benidorm: amusement park around the sea (dolphins, fishes,...);
Kart-Racing: there are several kart-racing places in the area; the nearest is south of La Marina at the N 332.
With more than 20 golf places, some are the best ones in Europe; the south Costa Blanca offers superb possibilities for golfing. Some places which I have tried myself:
