This beautiful and lovely house is build in a spanish style with a park behind. To the beach you have to walk only to the end from the quiet road. All our beaches have the “blue flag” for a very good quality and service.
On the boardwalk, you can hike until Torrevieja, or into the other direction until Campoamor.
Only 7 km with the car you have 3 golf courses with 18 holes, where you can play in 320 sunny days/yaer all over the year. Restaurants, supermarket, medical service, you have also in a walking distance. Our house is build over 2 floors. Over a small stairway, you come to the terrace with sea gaze, from there it goes into the living room, behind it the kitchen, beside the kitchen, there is a toilet with shower and a small glazed balcony is used as buying area. From the living room, a stairway goes to 3 bedrooms downward. Also here, there is a shower bath. The house have also a garage. In the garden are sun decumbences as well as garden table and chairs are available.

Our house is on the beach side from Orihuela Costa. Our wide fine sand beaches at romantic bays are ideal for children and also non-swimmer. The beach goes light sloping into the see. The beaches have a good infrastructure (WC´s, lifeguards, restaurants, courts for children). In a walking distance you find also restaurants from all nationalities. Supermarkets: Aldi, Lidl, Consum, Merkadonna usw. You can find quickly with the car. Banks, kiosk for newspaper and a Policlinic is also in a distance from 500 m to 1,5 km. Cabo Roig have also a private marina (harbour), to the 3 golf courses with 18 holes you have only 10 minuets with the car. Torrevieja, 7 km north, something desired a vacationer heart to offer everything. Shoppingcenter, palm promenade and discos invite to the nightlife. Every evening, there is an artist market on the Passeo.
For them, that arrive without car, a bus and a taxi stop after Torrevieja, Alicante or Cartagena is not removed far from the house.

Notes to the rental rates: The prices are for 1 - 2 persons. 50 Euros per week are charged extra fort he 3rd and 4th person. For 5 - 6 people 100 Euros are charged. A caution of 200 Euros must be transferred and which will be refunded in case of proper leaving on the day of departure. Handing over cleaning: for 2 persons 66 Euros, each additional person pays 8 Euros. Who like can order at arrival one 'welcome package.' Pensioners over the winter also are welcome. You only pay 155,00 Euro/Week from a term of the lease of at least 4 weeks for 1 - 2 people. These prices are valid over the entire year, besides in the height of the season. Of course you also are welcome if you would like to be in vacation only 1 weeks or less than 4 weeks in the autumn, winters or spring. Our quite normal week prices then are valid.
Our house is very inviting and is arranged in a Spanish style. For the hot summer month we have aircondicion and ventilators in there. In winter you can heat also with the aircond. but you have also electric heater. A washing machine and fridge-freezer is also standard as bed covers and towels. From the terrace you have a nice see gaze, and you can enjoy beautiful sunrises. The quiet access road with subsequent boardwalk invites to stroll, as well like the entire surroundings. In the tiled front garden, sun decumbences are available and offer a comfortable private atmosphere the entire house. One doesn't look immediately the neighbor on the table.
From the low street, one has the entrance to the garage. As well, there is a beautiful park there, behind 3 tennis courses, one sqash course and a pool, that are however payable to use. In to the orihuela Costa Resort you have also Fitnes, Sauna and Massage for wellnes.
