Casa Colina is a luxury building in modern Spanish style that was completed in 2005. The house is located on a leaning of the Siera Gelada – a back mountain between an artist town Altea (2 km) and the seaside resort Benidorm (4 km). The view into the valley at the sea and the surrounding mountain ranges is fantastic. To observe the “sun downer”, the sunset, behind the Siera Campana from the ‘Pirate Terrace’ is every evening a joy. In the garden and the numerous terraces are enough sunloungers, tables and arm chairs to choose the best place, depending on your mood. The pool which is equipped with an automatic cleaning appliance is filled with salt water (1\4 sea concentration), which is especially compatible for the skin. To the beach it is only a distance of 1,2 km. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are within a radius of 500-1000 m. The entertainment choice nearby is not to beat: Tennis, golf, horse riding, aquatic and adventure parks, marine zoo, beach activities and a lot more.

What makes this part of the Costa Blanca so special is the diversity of the different landscapes on a small surface: The coastline with, partially, long sand and pebble beaches and also small and quiet bays; then the wide, fertile valley between Benidorm and Altea with numerous fruit plantations (oranges, lemons, olives, almonds, nisperos, …...). This area is bordered by gigantic mountain ranges (Sierra Bernia, Aitana, Campana, …) which have heights up to 1600 m. Here you find plenty of possibilities for trips (the Moors Fortresses, wild parks, waterfalls, …) and hikes with fantastic views. On the whole, this area with its seaside town Albir in the centre has a particular mild and healthy microclimate.
