The holiday apartment lies in a secure cohesive housing estate with a common pool approx. 7 km south of Torrevieja. Air conditioning makes comfortable heat or coolness. The pretty, large beach with a playground for children is about 2 km away. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants with health care are reachable by foot. The televisions receive German, English and Spanish programmes. Washing machine and heater are enclosed in the standard equipment. You can enjoy yourself at the roofed terrace or in the garden next to the barbeque grill and watch the sunset. A parking space is also included. Golf enthusiasts get their money worth, too. Los Dolses is situated directly at the romantic bathing bays as well as long beaches that belong to the coast of Orihuela (Orihuela Costa), approx. 7 km south of Toerrevieja. Availability notes We don't have on any solid ones - and departure days. Since we live permanently here, it is not any problem either to arrive to every day and nighttime. On demand, we offer also our airport services. We pick you up from Alicante or Murcia and bring you also back again. If new guests don't arrive immediately again on the departure day, you don't need the house left until 10.00 o'clock either. We then follow your wishes with the decrease.

Pensioners over the winter also are welcome. You only pay 140,00 Euro/Week from a term of the lease of at least 4 weeks for 1 - 2 people. These prices are valid over the entire year, besides in the height of the season. Of course you also are welcome if you would like to be in vacation only 1 weeks or less than 4 weeks in the autumn, winters or spring. Our quite normal week prices then are valid.

We have a very inviting and modern American kitchen where one can abridge the waiting time for lunch or supper at the bar with a wine or beer. Many cooking utilities are present. You will find a toaster as well as a kettle or coffee machine or a juicer. A washing machine as well as a fridge-freezer-combination are included in the basic equipment.
