Our 400 m² finca - restored in period style - surrounded by a park-like garden, lies on a plot of 6000 m² in a developing urbanisation. You have a beautiful view of the Montgo, the orange groves and the old town of Javea, also to the sea. There is a south-facing pool-area of 200 m² with a large swimming pool, an open naya of 100 m² with barbecue and a partly covered completely private patio of 100 m². On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a TV-room leading on to a 20 m² terrace. On the ground floor there is a living-/dining room, 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom, another bathroom with shower, kitchen and utility room. There are an alarm system and automatic solar garden lighting. For golfers: a guided introduction to the golf course.

Javea has 3 sections: in the old town of Javea there are many narrow streets with lovingly restaured houses. Here there are also small shops & boutiques. The Arenal is a beautiful bay with a sandy beach bordered by cafés, restaurants & shops. In the Puerto, the charming harbour, the fishing boats bring in the catch of the day which is then served fresh in the restaurants.
