It is a lovingly and exquisitely refurbished Spanish 3-bedroom country villa in the coastal area of Benissa, with lovely views across the sea and the famous Penon de Ifach. This finca is situated on three levels - with the top level being a very spacious bedroom with an open fireplace and a guest toilet and the exit to the roof terrace, the middle level comprising a very spacious lounge with an open fire place and dining area in the winter garden, and the ground floor has two en-suite bedrooms as well as the lovely very well equipped kitchen with the exit door to the main pool terrace with its lovely old trees and the pergola, the outdoor kitchen and many terraces, as well as a pond and a fountain place. Here you can spend a quiet and fantastic holiday for up to 6 people.

Our Finca la Campanita is situated right between the two lovely holiday resorts Calpe (5 km) and Moraira (8 km). Calpe is a large, but traditional Spanish town with many excellent shops and restaurants. The Penon de Ifach rock is now a nature reserve with salt flats, unique vegetation going up a zigzagging track, which overlooks the working fishing port and yacht harbour. Calpe also boasts two blue flag beaches with extensive water sports facilities. Calpe also offers us visits to its typically Spanish old town which offers a range of excellent tapas bars and restaurants. Between Calpe and Moraira you find many lovely hidden beaches and in Moraira itself, which is smaller than Calpe you find a nice fishing harbour and another yacht harbour with many shops and restaurants. The Finca itself is situated right between these to places, more or less 1 km from the beach on a little hill, over viewing the area.

Notes to the rental rates: The indicated prices include all costs except the final cleaning of the Finca which is 99 Euros and has to be paid at arrival, as well as the 200 Euros deposit, which will be given back to you after a short examination of the house at departure. Towels and sheets can be hired at 10 Euros per set and change.
Normally we can only rent the house from Saturday to Saturday, specially in high season. But you can always ask.
