The newly renovated flat is situated on the 3rd floor (no elevator) exactly between Lisbon and Cascais in a residential area. The distance from the Airport in Lisbon it is about 13 km (around 20 € with the taxi). The flat has a fantastic view in direction to Lisbon and the coast of Estoril and Caparica with a nice balcony. There are 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The flat is modern furnished, is sunny from the morning to the evening. You don’t need a car, there is a train-station nearby (10 min. walk) where you can catch the train to Lisbon or to Estoril/Cascais (20 min ride). If you don’t want to walk back to the flat hire a Taxi for about € 3.00 leaving from the train station. For couples with little children and those who have trouble to walk the flat is not suitable, unless you hire a car. If you like to explore, taste real Portuguese food and you don’t want to spend your holidays only at the beach - I’m sure you are coming to the right place.

The residential area around Caxias is one of the most expensive areas between Lisbon and Estoril and you will find everything you need close by. In the little centre of “Paço de Arcos” you have shops, a typical food-market, restaurants (a guide is in the flat) and 5 Min. by car you have a modern Shopping Center with a new park called the “Poet Park”. By train you can go to Lisbon and from the final terminal you change to the Metro and you can visit Lisbon without problems. Taxis are still cheap and an alternative if there is no subway. If you like to go to the beach you can stop along the way to Cascais/Estoril or if you have a car you might go to the coast of “Caparica” long sand beaches, bares and restaurants (about 30 min) or to one of my favourite places near Cascais – Guincho. There are a lot of golf-courses around Cascais, Estoril and Sintra. If you go about 50 km in any direction you will see all the important places you have to visit when you come to Lisbon.

Notes to the rental rates: There is no additional fee for cleaning. We add a bound of € 200,-- which is transferred back to your account after leaving the house without damage. If you make a fix reservation we ask 20% down payment, the rest including the bound is due 6 weeks before your holidays. If you have to cancel your holidays we keep the down payment unless we can rent the property again, than we will pay back the down payment.
We accept only bank transfers.
