The apartment is approx. 40 m² large and it has a living room ( satellite TV, multi-band radio and cassette recorder) with a well equipped kitchenette, a bar where 4 people can dine, and a comfortable double couch bed. Besides, there is a large bookcase with German, English and French books. From the living room, there is a staircase that leads you to the 150 m² large closed sunny terrace with pool, BBQ, and to the covered pergola with 7 seats, canvas chairs and big sunshades. The kitchen is completely equipped with a 2-plate electric cooker, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, juice squeezer, friteuse and dinnerware for 6 people. The bedroom (with air conditioning) has 2 beds with a normal size and a bed with 70 cm x 200 cm. There is an integrated closet, a table with 2 chairs, satellite-TV and video player and an extra refrigerator for drinks.

The unique, beautiful location on a hill offers a wonderful view upon the Atlantic. In spite of the quiet location, you are not far away from many important and interesting places. A small, but good super market with an English and French speaking owner is around 800 m away. There are about 4 km to Sâo Brás de Alportel with banks, pharmacies, shops and the super market Intermarche. The district town Loulé with several super markets such as Lidl and Plus is 7 km away. There are about 15 km to the airport Faro. In the close vicinity, there are a lot of restaurants for all tastes and with different prices. We are happy to advice you. Within 10 to 20 km, you can find fine sandy beaches and different well kept golf courses. If can also enjoy a leisure park with huge water slides, swimming pool with artificial waves and whirlpools, between Loulé and Lagos. You can also make trips to several historical cities.
