The villa is situated in a rural setting surrounded by nature. She has been built in a luxurious 'farmhouse-style' on a plot of 3300 sqm with many old trees an 25 palms. The house has a spacious 60 sqm salon with a professional billiard table, a spacious bar, and a cozy leather furniture set by the big fireplace. The two beautifully furnished bedrooms, all decorated with many works of art, lead to a 55 sqm terrace with comfortable wicker furniture, a new 'wintergarden' and a beautiful view of the pool and the garden with his palms and two 400 years old olive trees.
This 'old farmhouse' has been built to the traditionally, old standards with 65 cm (!) massive walls for an excellent 'nature-air-conditioning' :- comfortably cool rooms in the summer - but also agreeable in the winter.

The house is ideal for a rejuvenating vacation. It is located well away from any tourist hustle and bustle, but close to six dream beaches and just 2 km away from the lively town of Carvoeiro.

Notes to the rental rates: Notes: There is a weekly discount of € 100 up to € 200 available for bookings of two people, according to the season. In this case only one bedroom (Master bedroom) is available. Final cleaning: 4 people € 65 / 2 people € 45.
Beddings and towels are provided; they will be on a weekly basis. All you have to bring with are beach towels and a good holiday mood. In winter the heating will be charged extra (central-heating and/or wood for the fireplace). Low to middle costs, because of the good isolation of the big walls with 65 cm.
Do you need car-renting? We can make the booking for you with the special-conditions for our guests. Please ask for the special rates for guests of casa d' arte!

New: in the garden under big trees you find the new outdoor-sauna with the fantastic view to the garden and the pool. For using the sauna and the provi-billard needs order and extra payment in advance.
Algarve Golf means playing Golf during the whole year! There are 25 Golf resorts in the Algarve. Its western part from Faro to the 'end of Europe' has 20 grounds. From 'Casa d’Arte' Carvoeiro within 20 minutes by car there are 7 Golf resorts! In Carvoeiro itself (within 3 to 5 min. by car) there are e.g. **Vale de Pinta-Carvoeiro Golfe, 18 greens, Par 71, Handicap 27/35, **Vale do Milho, 9 holes, without Handicap, **Quinta da Gramacho-Carvoeiro Golf 2 x 9 holes, Par 72... and so on.
