Our Villa Papamoa 5 stars was built at the end of 2004 on an 860 m² large estate, with palm and tropical plants. The Villa Papamoa is located in a private, safe ‚community’ and can be reached through an electronically activated gate. The villa has 254 m² placed on one floor offers sun/drenched living comfort in an absolute and being on the Southern hemisphere important Northwest position. Enjoy the sunny terrace with wind protection and wonderful sunsets, while having a BBQ. The house is suited in a sophisticated ambience and is modernly and absolutely newly furnished. A fireplace creates a cozy and romantic atmosphere during the colder season. Just a few steps away you have an heated 130 m² large pool and a tennis court at your disposal. The most beautiful beach of the Northern Island is only 300 m away and invites you for surfing. Golf players can choose among the 5 different golf courses in the neighbourhood.

Availability notes Please ask about other available periods or about special offers on long term bookings. The house is very suitable for a long term booking in order to avoid the cold German winters. The New Zeeland summer (December to March) is warm (25-30 C°) and dry. But also the New Zeeland winter (June to September) is with an average of 18 C° very sunny and pleasant. The nights are fresh. Here, golfers find their paradise throughout the whole year. Visit Rotorua (1.5 hours) with Maori cultural sites of Te Puja, Wai-O-Tapu with its giant Geysiers and geo-thermical basins, Kiwi Bird Encounter, Sky Ride and Redwood forest. Visit the Whakatane (1 hour) with White Island, an active volcanic island. Enjoy yourself during a spectacular helicopter flight over the island.
