Our comfortable vacation home is located in the small villa-park 'De Witteberg.' It consists of 36 single houses with spacious properties, grouped around a pond. The house is not only architecturally outstanding, it is very individually, tastefully, and comfortably furnished. The living room is located on the ground floor. It has a number of cozy seating arrangements, a color television with cable and a music console with a CD and DVD player. The complete kitchen is practical and naturally provided with all amenities. The ground floor also includes a bedroom with two single beds as well as a bathroom with bathtub and an extra shower. The entrance area has a separate toilet, a combined washing machine and dryer and a wardrobe. The upper floor has a spacious second bedroom, suitable for two people, a shower and an additional small bedroom for the kids.

Notes to the rental rates: Minimum renting time is one week - it's not possible to rent for a weekend or midweek. Our house’s changeover day is always Friday. Final cleaning is obligatory and costs € 67,50. Visitors' taxes in the municipality of Texel are € 0.85 per person per day. There are no additional surcharges.
The villa-park 'De Witteberg“ is ideal for those who are seeking space, comfort, and peace. In order to appreciate the quiet, and to provide a secure environment in which children can play on the large lawns, the playground, or the water facilities, the park is kept free of cars. Cars are kept on reserved parking spots at the entrance to the park. Large hand-carts are provided in a covered area in the parking lot. These may be used to transport baggage or shopping to the house. There are two holiday supermarkets near the park, a bicycle rental, tennis courts, as well as rustic restaurants and bars. You can take the car or bicycle through shady woods to the long, wide, sandy beach (free parking). The 'Ecomare' environmental protection center, with its seal breeding station, is located just 'around the corner,' as is the island's capital, Den Burg, with its winding alleys and many shops. All of this is easily reached by bicycle.
