The house with its 80 m² is suitable for children. It has a high-grade furnishings inclusive central heating. The former fisherman´s house is situated on a small minor road and was completely restored in 1996. The characteristic wooden ceiling of the living room was protected. A corner with comfortable seats, TV, VCR and stereo is for relaxing. On the second floor are three bedrooms, one of it with a baby bed (70 x 140 cm), two double and one single-bed rooms and a large bathroom. The terrace with flowers and wooden fences is about 30 m² and invites for sun-bathes and barbecues. Garden chairs and barbecue are provided. Dogs are welcome. There is a second bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

Colijnsplaat is an old fisherman´s village in a preservation area. It´s situated between the cities Zierikzee und Goes with their middle-aged centres. The village has a good infrastructure. Ih the 'Vismijn' you can watch the unloading and the following auction of fish. It is possible to buy fish there. Roundtrips on the preservated Oosterschelde start from the port.

Notes to the rental rates: For every dog or cat you have to pay € 5,50 more. The price includes: bed linen, table clothes, visitors tax and final cleaning of the house. Towels are not included. House shoes are good for the second floor. Deposit: € 100,00. The price is usualy higher in times from vacations in Germany or Nordrhein-Westfalen. Specials prices for weekends: Friday -Sunday € 150,00 and Thursday - Sunday € 175,00 (excluding public holidays).
The kitchen offers a wide range of equipment: the kitchen-range (gas) with an electric oven, coffee machine, egg-boiler, deep-frying pan, washing machine, baking sheets for cakes and pizza, mixer, iron with steam, ironing-board, waffle maker, little machine to cut vegetables, fondue, iron-plate. There are games in the living room, stair bars and safety bars for children, kitchen utensils for children are provided. An MP3-player (living room), a summer umbrella and a barbecue are available.
Swimming in the sea, wandering, jogging, inline skating, biking (rent a bike in the village), fishing, sailing, tennis, roundtrips on the Oosterschelde to the 'flood barriere' or to the village Veere and back.
In Goes
It´s offered in the 'Sportpunt Zeeland'. Fun swimming (ticket 3,50 €/day, children up to 4 years 0,60 €/day); solarium, sauna, squash, indoor and outdoor tennis, indoor mountain climbing, volleyball and football grounds can be rented. A historical steam powered train connects Goes and the village Borssele/Wersterschelde from April to September. The museum of Zeelandic history between the two church towers is as interesting as the old port, that is separated by a historical draw-bridge to the channel of the Oosterschelde. Here you can see typical Netherland flat-keel-ships. In the Catholic church there is an old singing school for boys. Every Sunday they are chanting in the high mass at 10.30 a.m., usualy old Latin songs.
Around the sea 'Veerse Meer'
In Kamperland: swimming bath with artifical waves, solarium, sauna (tickets: adults 8,40 €/day; children 5,50 €/day), info at camping 'Roompot'. In Wissenkerke: surfing, sailing, swimming in the 'Veerse Meer' or in the sea. It´s possible to visit a still producing corn windmill (free of charge).
