The house dates back to 13. century. It is furnished according to the best Marches tradition and with great attention to details. It develops on 2floors, and it is composed of 5 double bed-rooms, 3 shower-bath-rooms, a large kitchen with fireplace, a bright and comfortable living-room. One bathroom and 2 bedrooms have their own way to the garden. One bedroom and 1 bathroom are accessible to disable guests with wheelchairs. The warm colours which characterizes the Villa and gives it a relaxing and welcoming flair. The swimming-pool will be opened from 09.05.09 to 04.10.09.

From the Villa you can easy reach cities of art like Urbino, San Leo, Gubbio, Arezzo, San Marino, but also the famous beaches of Riviera Adriatica.
