The “Lamia” is located in a popular area of San Vito dei Normanni’s countryside, just 10 minutes drive away from the wonderful beaches of the Natural Reserve area of Torre Guaceto. The charm of this house is in its origin structure without any modification. It has an antique part with a typical caved, curved “volte a botte“ ceiling and 4 alcoves, where now the kitchenette, a sofa, the dining table and the former fire-place area have been collocated. There is a passage linking to the bedroom area, in the modern part of the construction which consists of 1 double-bedroom, a second bedroom with 3 single beds, a spacious bathroom with shower-cabin and a service/laundry room. Outside there is a large veranda (surrounded by climbing plants) equipped for outdoor dining. On the roof, there is a 60 m² solarium area. You can sit under the secular tree enjoying its shadow.
