The historical old city in Viterbo is known as one of the best preserved medieval cities in middle Italy. Numerous Palazzi from the medieval age are still preserved like the Palazzo dei Papi (13th century) and the Palazzo dei Priori – only 250 m from the apartment. Viterbo is the location for the University of Tuscia and the location for Italy’s gold reserves. There are also many restaurants, patios, bars, ice cream shops, stores, etc. Around Viterbo you can find a lot of famous thermal springs like Terme dei Papi.
