Apartment Argilla in Rome, Italy
The apartment is at the 3rd floor of a house without lift. It has 50 m² to be used by 5 people (maximum). Our apartment, which was fully renewed in July 03, has 3 rooms: 1 double bedroom with a king size bed (210x170), 1 bedroom with sofa bed (195x145),1 living room with kitchen and a sofa bed (195x135) as well as 1 bathroom with shower. There is a refrigerator with mini freezer, a microwave oven, a radio and TV/sat. An independent heating and conditioning are available. Linen and towels and energy consumption are included. Children are welcomed and pets not allowed. The apartment is in a low allergen environment (no carpet). Private cars can be left at a public garage at a special fee for clients: Euros 15/day.

The apartment is located in Via dell'Argilla, a short, fairly characteristic street, 15 m long, very close to the Vatican City and its St. Peter square (300m). The houses in the street, aged 1920's are totally renewed in the facades by typical roman colours. The district is full of shops and supermarkets. A popular, very economic open market (fruits, vegetables, fresh fish) is opened daily. Typical roman restaurants and pizzerias are available nearby. Bus stop at 50m will link you everywhere.
