Availability notes 10 % discount plus a bottle of Italian champagne awaits all regular customers, a week for two people costs only Euro 500,00 in November till 20th December, from 7th January to end of February, plus Euro 300,00 deposit vs. damages. Should you wish to stay over 10 days, from the 11th day the apartment has a further discount of 10 %. We do prefer our guests arriving from Saturday to Saturday, are however flexible. Minimum stay is 3 days. The flat is big enough for 5 people, there is an extra comfy bed too.

Notes to the rental rates: Please do not arrive/leave on Sundays. Friday or Tuesday arrivals preferred. The discounted 500.- Euro price per week is valid for 2 guests only. Three guests pay Euro 600, three or 4 guests pay Euro 700.- Periods less than a week cost € 100-110 daily. This price might be reduced during the low season (November, January, February, part of March) or increased (Easter, X-mas, high season: April, May, June, July, August, September, October). Four people pay during these months about € 700-800 weekly.
Special prices are given to guests who have been at Via Licia on former occasions. Usually the same price they paid before with no extra charges and all linens and amenities included.
Easter still available! We shall gladly offer you discounts for longer periods. Periods shorter than a week entail € 135 per day for the whole apartment, including laundry and final cleaning. There are discounts if only 1 or 2 guests are coming. The garage nearby costs € 15/night and is not included in the apartment rental. Otherwise you can leave your car on the street as many of us do. if the flat is occupied or there will be more than 4 guests, you can stay at our place nearby, one room with private bathroom and opulent breakfast at 100 Euro daily.

Bedroom: 2 single 90 x 200 cm orthopaedic mattresses on wonderfully comfortable orthopaedic beds in the pink bedroom, (here there is also another lower bed for a 5th guest), alpaca wool blankets and cotton sheets. Living room painted light lila with a large double sofa bed: wonderfully comfortable orthopaedic bed, eiderdown and blankets, cotton sheets and towels. The double sofa is designed to open and close easily, cushions are not removed. Two guests sleep comfortably in the double sofa, the following morning, with no trouble, the sofa bed can go back to a sofa with just a few easy movements that even unfit muscles can do. Linen and towels are included and changed weekly.
There is also a Satellite-TV in the living room, as well as a dinner table seating 6 people, a cupboard, low tables, an armchair and a garment hanger. You get all kinds of amenities included in the rental price. Also oil, sugar, salt, toilet paper, hairdryer, etc. last but not least a bottle of wine!
