Large scale and well equipped kitchen/diningroom with fireplace and little terrace, two separate sleeping-rooms (one with fireplace too) and small bathroom, heating and air-condition. Shower and toilette as well as washing machine on the ground floor. Wonderful surrounding with a small herb garden and big barbecue.
Like all the other historical places of the Salento (province of Lecce) also Guagnano is built of warm tuff, a material which creates a special flair. Fascinating is also the barocco leccese, a local baroque stile which culminates in the facades of the churches of Lecce.
