The ground floor of the new villa is available for rental. The upper floor is reserved for the owner, who occasionally vacations there. A gigantic pizza oven is communally available in the area between both floors. The house is very tastefully and luxuriously furnished and suitable for the physically disabled as well. Besides billiards, you will find table tennis, washing machine, dishwasher and central heating available for your convenience and leisure time enjoyment. Bed linens and bath towels are supplied, beach towels are not. Please bring your own. Cleaning costs are included in the rental price. Female dogs are permitted (not males) since the owner visits the villa occasionally with his male golden-retriever.
