Above the well known medieval village Trevi (after the destruction in 1214 reconstructed and since then hardly changed) which offers shopping and sport facilities (i.e. tennis, boccia) is situated the single-storey villetta Luigi in absolute tranquillity on a ground of about 10.000 m² with view on olive trees. The garden is furnished with a table and chairs, barbeque and swimming pool: Ø 400 cm, height: 140 cm. It is opened from 10th of may to 4th of october, 2008. Approximately 28 km to Assisi, 43 km to Perugia, 60 km to lake Trasimeno. Division of Viletta Luigi: living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen area and exit to the garden. 1 double room, 1 two bed room, shower bath. The house is well equipped: electro-heating, washing-machine, TV, telephone.
