Our farmstead is located alone at an altitude of 620 m near the three borders of Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany. Surrounded by forests, it features a panoramic view of the beautiful, hilly landscape between Lake Bolsena (5 km) and the village of Castelgiorgio (2.5 km). The 3 vacation apartments are located in a stone house across from the main building. They have been tastefully restored in the traditional local style, with cotton floors and ceilings. They offer a pleasant living climate no matter what the season. The quality-conscious furnishings are simple but stylish. You'll sleep very well here; along with our excellent beds, you'll enjoy complete quiet and darkness. Star-gazers will also get their money's worth. We've been involved with bees for 25 years, and we have many animals (sheep, pigs, and chickens) and pets, a large garden, olive trees etc. Guests can enjoy honey, organic vegetables, olive oil, wine, etc. Cooking and dining together also happens frequently.

We approach Casa Acacia, the first vacation apartment from the courtyard, and enter a spaciously laid out living room. A lovely corner fireplace with two armchairs catches your eye. There is a cozy sofa-bed left of the entrance, across from which is a corner bench with a rectangular pine dining table. The open kitchen, which an be seen from the dining area, is located on the other side of the room. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities. A door next to the fireplace leads us into a small hallway. Both double bedrooms are located to the right and the left, and a bright bathroom with a toilet, bidet and shower is located in the middle.

Our farm is situated away from roads, noise and so forth. It is still centrally located though, at an altitude of 620 m. Castelgiorgio (2.5 km), Bolsena (5 km), and Lake Bolsena's beaches (12 km) are all quickly reached. Orvieto, with its unique cathedral and the Pozzo di San Patrizio, is just 18 km away. Day trips to Siena (100km), Rome (100km), Todi (50km), Perugia or Assisi (100km), as well as the Mediterranean (1 hour) are easy. The A1 highway and the train station are both 20 minutes away, and both of Rome's airports are 90 minutes. There are hot springs in Viterbo (40km), San Casciano (35km) und Saturnia (50km).
