The Casa d'Alviano is located in Alviano, in the middle-aged walls of this picturesque Umbrian village, 100 km northern of Rome. The rustic style apartment (90 m²) has 4 main rooms: the sleeping room with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a mirror commode; a (kids) room with 3 single (2 high) beds (+ possibility of an extra baby bed). In the sauna room there is a real Finnish sauna for 4-6 persons with a relaxing area in front of it, and a very nice romantic hideaway above the sauna with a double bed. In the living room you'll find a large fireplace, a dining table, and two armchairs. Separated from it by a wall and some columns, you'll find a spacious, modern kitchen which is very well equipped. Washing machine, dishwasher and microwave are available. In the bathroom you find a shower and a bath tub. The house being located at the border of the village, you can enjoy a wonderful view from the balcony (equipped with a table and 4-5 seats) over the hills of Umbria!

Arriving by car on highway A1, use the exit 'Attigliano' and follow the signs to Alviano. Park your car on the public parking place under the castel. With small cars you can drive in front of the house, but the street is very narrow, so you can't park there. From the parkingplace, you walk up to the castle and find the outer ringroad inside the townwalls. You will easily find Via Umberto I. The entrance to Casa d'Alviano (nr.43) lays under a small bridge with flowers atop.
