All comfort kitchen (5 place gas stove, oven, long working space with integrated barbecue and chip pan, dish washer and a large 2 door American refrigerator with ice spender. Also on ground floor are a reading / TV room, a bathroom with shower and toilet and 2 double sleeping rooms with private bathrooms. From the eat-in-kitchen are stairs leading to the upper floor: 1 eat-in-kitchen with complete equipped kitchen (4 place stove, oven, refrigerator) and 4 double sleeping rooms with private bathrooms. The whole villa and the spacious exterior area is exclusively for your own use. A beautiful, large garden with a 50 x 25’ pool and a spectacular view surrounds the house.
