The property, an old mill, is situated in a very quiet valley (access aprox. 4 km small gravel-road without asphalt, but with 'normal' cars no problem to go on). To the property belong 9 hectare land (vineyard, olive-grove, small lake) It is an ideal place for an absolute quiet holiday, although the distance to Siena is only aprox. 30 km, Arezzo 35 km, Florence 60 km. Next village Ambra with shops, restaurants, bar, post-office, bank, pharmacy, doctors practice 10 km. Very large supermarket 20 km. The annex is sometimes used by the friendly owners (mostly only during the week-end). It is not rent to other persons.

The property is an ideal place for large family/groups who love peace and relax and also to visit the beautiful Chiantishire and its famous villages and towns. The next village with shoprs, bar, restaurants, post-office, bank, farmacy, doctor's practice ist aprox. 10 km, large shopping-center 25 km. Siena and Arezzo each 30 km, Florence 70 km. 'Molino' is a real tuscan idyll but also an excellent starting-point to visit within 30-90 minutes such beautiful villages as Cortona, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza, Perugia, Assisi, Lago Trasimeno, San Gimignano, Volterra. The crete senese is very close and the Chianti-Classico, too.
