Villa Siena Sud lies to the south of Siena, 5 km away from the beautiful medieval village of Radicofani with restaurant, enoteca, all kind of shops, bank, post-office, pharmacie and museum. The Roman church S. Pietro is in the village center and the castle with the fantastic view is also worth a visit. The striking aesthetics of the landscape Val d'Orcia have already inspired many artists and since 2004 it is a part of the world cultural UNESCO heritage. Incidentally, a good restaurant, where we offer you a dinner upon your arrival, is 500 m away from the villa. Apart from many interesting places in Tuscany as Siena, Florence, Chianti, Arezzo, Cortona, Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pitigliano, etc. also other options in region Umbria with famous places as Ovieto and Assisi are nearby. In the region Lazio the the Bolsener Lake is at a distance of 25 km and Rome is
2 hours by car or train away. So you are in a very nice and central location for sightseeing.

The villa is comfortably furnished in the Tuscan style with several original sections like ceilings with wooden beams, pipelines and 2 Tuscan fireplaces. There are 2 complete kitchens with dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. The villa has a lovely private pool with deck chairs and an outdoors shower and a wonderful view over the Tuscan hills from Val d'Orcia. Covered parking space for 4 cars with lockable door. Lots of place for children to play (football). Internet and Table-tennis is provided free in the restaurant which is 500 m from the villa easy to reach by car or on foot.
