Located on the hills surrounding Montespertoli, the city of the Chianti wine, it has a wonderful, large view upon the vineyards and olive-trees. This Tuscan villa has 2 floors of 250 m² and 300 m² respectively. There is a terrace-solarium with covered loggia and portico, as well as 5000 m² of park/garden. On the ground floor: entrance-hall, a large living/ dining area with fireplace and TV, tea-room, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), WC.; Outside, there is a large terrace (300 m²) and a bathroom.
