The restored building, which used to be a farmer’s house, is located in a small locality, approx. 30 km from Arezzo. It is situated on a fenced area, with wonderful Mediterranean vegetation. The pool is surrounded by cypresses, olive trees, grape-vines and furze bushes. There are playigrounds, Boccia tours, volley ball grounds, a covered pergola with large dining place, as well as the special attraction of the house: a large, completely equipped garden kitchen, with all the devices necessary for you to cook and eat there. In the small garden house, there is a changing room, sink and WC, as well as a Jacuzzi shower cabin. The entire garden is completely illuminated in the evenings. In the house there is 1 large living room, and a second, completely equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 guest WC, 3 bedrooms with double beds and a mansard.
