Outside you will find a covered patio with garden furnishing and barbecue and an open terrace in the garden, facing the sea, equipped with typical stone garden seat, hammocks, sun shade, deck-chairs.

Beyond the bay enclosing the beach, you can reach the sea through small pebbly caves and through sharp or sloping cliffs. The uncontaminated nature, the green, the lands and the untouched beauty of the Zingaro coast, which is full of bays and inlets facing a crystalline sea, was the first natural reserve in Sicily. The temperature is from 20 to 30 degrees, so one can still swim as well as very often in October, when the temperature is from 16 to 25 degrees (celsius). In November as in April there are normally 14-20 degrees, in December 9 - 16, in January 8 - 15, in February 9 - 16, in March 10 - 17, in April 11 - 20, in Mai 14 - 24, in June 18 - 28. On the last week of September in San Vito Lo Capo 'The Cuscus fest' will take place: every kind of couscus from all over the world. During Summer in the Greek theatre of Segesta (50 minutes drive from San Vito Lo Capo) there are the classical representations.

How to reach Villa Silvia: From Palermo and Falcone-Borsellino airport: motorway A29 Palermo to Mazara del Vallo, exit Castellammare del golfo, follow direction to San Vito Lo Capo. The distance from the house and the nearest towns are the following: San Vito Lo Capo km 3,5. Trapani km 50. Palermo airport km 90. Palermo port, railway station km 120. The car is necessary as there is a bus service between San Vito Lo Capo and the nearest town of Trapani, but of course it is better to have a car so that you can move to other beaches or visit the surroundings which are very beautiful. Of course you can hire a car as you arrive at the airport of Palermo.
In San Vito there is the possibility to hire bicycles. If you want, they will bring them to the house.
How to reach Sicily and San Vito Lo Capo
To get to San Vito Lo Capo you can fly to Palermo. There are many economic direct flights. From Palermo you can hire a car to get to San Vito Lo Capo. There are planes HLX or Ryanair. You can also reach Naples with you car, then put it on the ship Grandi Navi Veloci and disembark in Palermo: from there you must drive one hour and 20 minutes to San Vito Lo Capo. Another possibility is to drive to Genova and there take the ship of Grandi Navi Veloci to Palermo. ..and if you like you can spend your holiday between San Vito Lo Capo and Palermo.
