Nice villa of 90 m² in the typical rural Mediterranean and luxury style in a very quiet place. The new construction is well furnished. It has 2 rooms, 1 with sea sight. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons. There is a garden of 100 m²; it is well-equipped for sun baths and barbecue dinners. It has deck-chairs, a table, 4 chairs, sun-beds and barbecue and inside parkplace. The house is divided in two levels. It has new beds and well furnished. There is water heater 50 litres, microwave, TV Sat, DVD, stereo CD and a new washing machine. The stays run from Saturday to Saturday. In the price is included water, gas for cooking and for heater (winter), electricity, linen and towels for bathroom. Long stays wellcome. An obligatory final weekly cleaning takes place every saturday morning at the cost of 40 €. No pets allowed. No smokers, please. There is a little market and a good restaurant pizzeria at 300 metres open every day in summer.
In August minimum stay is 2 weeks.

The villa is well located at only 3 km from Castellammare del Golfo near Zingaro Park and Scopello, in the middle of the Gulf of Castellammare and between Trapani and Palermo. In a range of 60 km you can visit about 14 turistic and naturalistic sites.
Within 30 km you are at the fantastic white sands of San Vito lo Capo. Other distances: 8 km from Alcamo with its Baroc style and a forest on the mountain, 40 km from Erice, 50 km from Egadi Islands, 60 km from Palermo and the gorgeous Duomo of Monreale (with all roof in gold mosaic!), 50 km from Trapani, 45 km from Selinunte Temples and ruins, 30 km from Ustica island and 4 km from wonderful and wild 'Zingaro' park. The nearest beach is the fantastic 'Guidaloca beach (3 km)'. The villa is well located for daily excursions. At only 3 km the highway A/29 you can reach the Segesta temple & Theatre (8 km) in 15 min. Near Segesta there is an open air thermal pool and SPA open until midnight. Available in winter time because of hot water.

The minimum stay is 1 week. The turnover is on Saturdays. Only in low season it's possible to change day of turnover. Every Saturday morning there is the weekly cleaning and the change of linen and towels with a charge of 40 Euro is not included in the fee.
A deposit of 30% of the price is required at the booking.

The villa is 3 km away from Castellammare del golfo, a fishing and tourist town where you can taste fresh fish in a lot of restaurants with reasonable prices. Also you can taste a cous-cous dish that is a typical local dish with fish. Every year in August, on 19th-21st, there is a spectacular show at the port with boats and fire games for the saint of the city 'Madonna del Soccorso'. You should no miss it.
Supermarkets & Restaurants:
In summertime are available at only 300 metres from the house a little market and a good Restaurant- Pizzeria. Other 14 supermarkets are in Castellammare town where also you can find many seafood Restaurants, wine bar and pubs at only 3 Km. A minigolf court is at 4 km.
The nearest beach (Guidaloca) is at only 2 Km from villa.
