Our attic in a villa is an ideal place for people who love spending the holidays in absolute quietness and in touch with nature. It is about 150 metres from the sandy beach, surrounded by a lot of trees. The villa has got a big garden (1500 metres) which is well kept and is enclosed, so that the children can play quietly (to reach the beach you only have to cross a short path). The flat is 85 square metres, with two double bedrooms, a wardrobe and a room with kitchen and a sofa-bed. All the rooms have got the outside openings. The bedrooms and the terrace have got a beautiful view on the sea. The big terrace has got a very spacious wooden veranda which is ideal to have meals outside and a big stone kitchen and a barbecue. The furniture is well kept. Price includes water, electric light end gas. But you have to pay extra air conditioned, heating and washing- machine. The owners will be present at the delivery of the house and at the departure.
In Balestrate you have the opportunity to visit other touristic places, which can be reached in an hour by car. They are famous places, such as Palermo, Monreale, Segesta, Selinunte, Erice, Trapani, Agrigento and Scopello.
