Casa Rosmarino is situated withing a natue paradise, surrounded by oleander, stone pines and rosemary. Built in the style of a Sardinian shepherd cottage it yet includes all modern comforts. Pretty handmade chestnut furniture make a nice contrast to the natural stone wall and the rustic wooden frame that draws through the whole house at a room level of 5 m. In front of the house lies a terrace with outside dining area abundantly covered with vegetation and likely to be used. One has a view of a little pool with goldfish, water lily and fountain. With only three steps you are standing at the, to the house pertaining, large roofed-over pool terrace, to the other side, surrounded by oleander trees. While swimming you have a broad view of the Myrthental valley. Four divan beds are available for recovery and relaxation. Size of the pool: 8 x 4.5 x 1.60 m.

The spacious property, where Casa Rosmarino is situated, lies in a beautiful natural area with view of the stunning mountain panorama. From the terrace you look at a little pond with fountains. An ancient tree population of cork oaks, arbutus, stone pines and an olive grove draws through the whole area and is framed by impressive granite formations. The eye wanders up to san Pantaleo, a small artist’s village, which can be reached by foot. Here you can find shopping facilities. The central location at the edge of the Costa Smeralda enables you to reach Porto Cervo with its cafés and restaurants, noble boutiques, marina, golf court and tennis courts in a 12 minute drive. And of course the Miles of beaches with crystal clear water, which gives the paradise its name – Costa Smeralda.

Notes to the rental rates: Casa Rosmarino is leasable beginning at one week, changeover, that is arrival or departure, is always on a Saturday. We ask our guests to leave the house until 10 a.m. for enabling the cleaning for following guests. Depending on the weather there will be a lump-sum for heating of 100 € per week. Starting form October 15th the pool is not available anymore. When booking caution money of 200 € is to be paid. It is repaid when no damages have occurred after he lease. At closing of the lease contract 50 % of the lease price are to be paid to the stated account. At receipt of the payment the contract is binding. The outstanding payment including the caution money of 200 € should be paid to the account of the landlord 4 weeks before the holiday.
If you are not able to accede the journey, the following conditions apply:
Cancellation 3 months before journey: everything repaid;
2 months: 25 % kept
1 month: 50 % kept
14 days: 75 % kept
less than 14 days: 100 % kept
You get 100 % back, if your booked period is leased to somebody else.
The caution will be paid back in any case.

The sleeping gallery, which is accessible by a stairway, features a 1.80 m wide double bed, television and DVD. Your personal belongings can be stored in multiple armoires. 2 closets are built in the living room. A small guest room with access from the living room has two single beds, which can be pushed together if desired. It is very important to us that our guests can enjoy their holidays in tranquillity and contentment. That is why we ask you to bring children only of 14 years and older. With smaller children there is the possibility to lease Casa Azzurra additionally. Please accept this since our priority is to grant tranquillity and recovery to our guests.

Casa Rosmarino is divided into 3 storeys. After entering you are standing in the kitchen area. Here you can find stove, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator and stock cabinet. Dishes etc., coffee machine, mixer and toaster are available. Kitchen utilities are in the drawers. The microwave offers all current functions. From the kitchen area you have a pretty view of the pool. A dinette with 4 chairs is attached. Behind that the actual living room begins. A large rattan couch witch a coffee table invites to linger here. A bureau and two built in closets are there for storage of your belongings. Radio-, cassette- and cd-deck are standing nearby. A small guest room with a separable double bed goes off from the living room. On the way to the sleeping gallery you will find the bathroom including a window. It features a shower, bath tub, washstand, toilet and bidet. A stair leads to the sleeping area with a double bed of a width of 1.80 m, TV and DVD.
The closest Sardinian locality is San Pantaleo, an artist’s village with a simple, old church and a market square, the place’s centre, which is framed by blooming oleander trees. Tuesday is marked-day, when you can meet the Sardinian housewife and feel the Sardinian.mentality. Culinary deliciousness as handmade cheese in a vast variety, natural honey, fresh fruits and vegetables are offered. Old stitcheries and traditional weavings as well as clothing and accessories can be found on different booths during the summer. Little bars invite you to a cappuccino, you visit the ice-cream-bar or one of many restaurants. Ceramics of the Island and other crafts as well as antiquarian rarities are offered in little shops and booths. Exhibitions are to be found especially in high season. In the supermarket you can get all daily necessities, larger markets can be found in Arzachena in direction Olbia.

Many possibile destinations at the coast and in the inner part are to be found: you get to know the enormous mountain scenery ore visit the oldest olive tree in the world (4000 years old). In the area of Arzachena there are multiple archaeological sights. Sardinia is known for gorgeous hiking trails. Headed to Cannigeone or to Palau oyu have the possibility of booking boat trips or charter a yacht yourself. By boat you get to know the pictorial archipelago of Maddalena and discover uncountable pretty bays by water. Diving training and sailing courses are offered. Other easily accessible ports as Cannigione, Baia Sardinia have these offers. And of course the exclusive, architectural attractive marina of Porto Cervo, where the world’s prettiest yachts land.

Non-stop flights at low rates are offered all year departing at Stuttgart, Cologne/Bonn, Hannover and Munich with HLX. Since do not need a car, you can book this over your airline or at the airport of Olbia in one of several leasing agencies. Guests from Berlin can fly per EasyJet over Cologne/Bonn all year starting from Berlin-Schönefeld.
One of the world’s most popular golf courts (18 whole, 6 km long) is situated about 15 minutes away by car, not far from the hotel Cala di Volpe. It is highly recommended by an international golf audience, not only for its terrific location, but also for its good service. Other golf courts are there, too.
