There is a beautiful inner patio and a large covered terrace. The property is approx. 4000 square meter big and fenced with a natural hedge. In the kitchen there is an old, very well functioning, Sardinic oven, in which you can bake bread or Pizza or grill fish. 2 bicycles are available. The night sky is overwhelmingly beautiful, one sees the Milky Way very clearly, since there is no light pollution. There is a fire-place to heat the sleeping room, also mobile gas heating is available. A sofa can be folded out for 2 more guests. The cottage is completely newly furnished. Distance to the Sea is about 2.5 km and the next beach 4.5 km.

 Changeover day: flexible

The 2nd room is connected to the bedroom but has no door. The sofa bed can be put on the covered porch (if it's hot). The covered porch has 30 qm and the patio about 40 qm. In addition, there is a storage room for bikes and more. The farmhouse was redecorated this year, including roof, bathroom, patio, porch and cleaned throughout. The house is located in an old typical sardinic agricultural area (vineyards, lemon and orange groves, vegetable cultivation etc., but there are also many 'seed' fields, which are no longer used.) There are a few more houses in the area, of which some are rented out in the summer. The nearest neighbour is about 100 metres away. The house belongs to the carpenter of the village. The house is beautiful and absolutely deserves the title of romantic villa. The terrace is a dream, and the other rooms are very lovingly decorated, and even the refrigerator was filled for us that was totally nice and the kitchen was excellent, it wasn't missing anything. It was brilliant that there were two bicycles which we always used to get bread, or just for a trip by bicycle to the beach. Those that like to stay calm and like seclusion ththen this is just right. I would stay there any time, especially when traveling as a group where nobody bothers you and others do not feel disturbed, which is perfect, and you enjoy your holiday.The choice of beaches in the area is excellent. We had a wonderful week in early June 2007 in your country house Tuerra, that is decorated with a lot of love. Paola received us warmly, everything was incredibly easy, despite our minimal Italian language skills. With the rain we were well-protected on the first few days on the beautiful terrace, in the heat we could comfortably sleep in the cool house (mosquitoes were not an issue). The country house is a wonderful starting point for many trips to the changing environment. There were difficulties only with the fuses in the house, the use of the oven blew them, perhaps a little instruction note would be useful. We would like to share our experiences and tips from the week with other guests in a guest book.
