Small but most charming house along one of Sardinia’s most beautiful white fine sandy beaches. Via a large inclining path you reach the entrée. Some steps lead you onto a charming front terrace. A living room with kitchenette. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with divan and an entresol with é more sleeping-accommodations. At the back of the house: covered terrace with barbecue and outside shower. The garden is divided into several levels, each of which with limited sea view offering complete and refreshing relaxation. There is a bathroom with shower, bidet & WC and a separate bathroom with WC & lavabo. There are 2 TV, however now satellite connection. Further: iron & iron board, hair dryer, parasol & 2 long chairs for the beach. Market: 1km San Pietro, 3km Sant’Elmo, 6km Costa Rei, 10km Villasimius. Restaurants: “Da Gianni” 700m, “Su Tostoini” 2km, and others at the Costa Rei and in Villasimius. Rental boats, tennis and public swimming pool: Costa Rei (only in summer).
