There is a new bathroom with shower, toilet, basin and bidet. It overlooks the gulf of poets and is just two minutes walk from a number of beautiful beaches renowned to be some of the Italian Rivera’s best. Below is a well renowned restaurant where one can enjoy delicious fish dishes accompanied by excellent Italian wines and with prior arrangements one can agree a special tariff for half board accommodation.
Sea View is located just two minutes walk from the beach, on the outskirts of Lerici between Fiascherino and Tellaro nearby La Spezia. Quite and peaceful, the unit(one of three) has easy access to all amenities and many excellent restaurants for eating out one of which is below the unit. Within walking distance one can access a number of beaches which are renowned to be one of the Italian Rivera’s best. These include the famous Fiascherino beaches, famous because between 1913-1914, the notorious English writer David Herbert Lawrence stayed in a small villa of the area with his female companion Frida. The unit is newly furnished air conditioned and recently (July 2007) restructured. It has its own bathroom with WC, shower, bidet and basin. It overlooks the small town of Fiascherino on the left and the sea in front.

Lerici offers a variety of typical restaurants, sea side resorts a nine hole beautifully kept golf course and night clubs. Tellaro. Five minutes walk from the studio is the unique sea village of Tellaro. Its architecture is particularly suggestive, and the village is built on rocks. Tellaro is surrounded by untouched beaches that can be reached thanks to specific services.
