Enjoy the comfort of our 130 square meter holiday apartment situated in the peace and quiet of a 1500 meter garden site. The apartment is on the first floor and has a sea view. The holiday apartment is equipped to handle 6 guests and is located 5 minutes by car away from the beaches of S. Maria di Castellabate. The tastefully furnished apartment features an entrance hallway, two double bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a very roomy, fully furnished kitchen with washing machine. The roomy living room is furnished comfortably with couches. The outdoors area of the “Villa Marilena” is very well kept up and equipped with garden furniture. The large pool, which is shared by all guests is surrounded by a terracotta trim. There are parking spaces available on the walled surrounding site of the house.
