This modern Villa is about 400 meters from the beach in a very quiet area und has all necessary amenities which you will find also at home. The two bedrooms have queen size beds and modern air condition units. 2 bath rooms, a large terrace, own private garden and own private pool complete the comfort of the villa. A lounge, dining area , satellite TV, DVD make your stay very comfortable.. The villa has a kitchen and bar counter with 2 burners, kitchen sink and other kitchen accessories. Daily hotel service for towels, bedding, pool towels, cleaning are included. You have 2 maids for cleaning, pool boy, gardener and security supervised by a villa supervisor. You can reach the restaurants and night life area of Seminyak within 5-15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by car. Very peaceful, but ideally located and within walking distance to all amenities like beach, restaurants, shops, entertainment places. You will love this unusual villa. So quiet but so close to the hustle and bustle.

You have all the possibilities for mountain biking, paragliding, safari tours, elephant riding, bird park, zoo, wind surfing and all the famous surfing beaches of Bali. Museums, painters, wood carvers, temples, ancient buildings can be reached with day tours which we can arrange with comfortable cars. The costs are generally less than using organised bus tours. Diving trips, mountain hiking, visiting the volcanoes, massages, yoga and Pilates courses are available. You can also participate in Balinese, French and other cooking classes.

Both bed rooms are spacious, have large double beds with night tables, a reading corner with standing lamp and a nice leather sofa. All rooms have night tables, hanging designer lamps over the side tables, wardrobes with built in security box and individual air conditioning systems to allow you to choose your own temperature. They are very comfortable with very good supporting mattresses, 2 down feather comforters each and good pillows. The two bed rooms are floors are covered with old style tiles from Java. Additionally folding beds or baby cots can be placed in two of the rooms. Bed room No. 1 has a view and a large sliding door directly to the pool and bed room 2 a view to a nice and cozy garden area also accessible through a large sliding door. A hallway connects from the lounge and dining area in front of the villa to the two bed rooms. From each bed room you walk through another door to each of the two beautiful bath rooms with all amenities.
Both bath rooms belonging to the most modern bath rooms you can find in Bali. Both have large wash basins with a lot of space for all your bath room needs, an area so big that four people could move without bothering each other, a nice toilet, a rain shower and a sunken bath tab. Bath room amenities like soap, shampoo, shower cap, hair dryer, room slippers compliment the luxury of the bath rooms. Need less to say there are enough electrical power outlets.
