Vacation Home Combier in West Transdanubia
Our timber house was built and furnished in 2005. The holiday area, which lies directly to Borostyán tó (amber lake), is at the 'gate of the Orség' (Hungarian national park) and offers to the visitors all possibilities for recovery bath, moving or fishing holidays. Its principal place, which is the smallest city of Hungary, Zalaloevoe is situated approx. 1.5 km far away. In the place one can visit among other things museums. The landscape is outstanding suitable for trip possibilities with the bicycle (rental business of the leisure center) in the Orség national park, where one can admire objects of interest like free standing bell towers, old churches, museum village and the ceramic(s) handicraft. For hunters the possibility of the hunt is offered. The cities Koermend (30 km in the north), Lenti (30 km in the south) and Zalaegerszeg 30 km in the east) offer not only good purchase possibilities, but the last two possess new and very beautiful thermal baths and Aquapark.

Our house is situated on the triple border with Austria and Slovenia. Croatia is also very close. From London Stansted one can fly with Ryanair to Balaton Airport, which is situated approx. 70 km (1 hour by car).
