The air condtitoned flat is on the third floor (with elevator) and has a nice balcony looking upon the Vaci Street. The quiet and sunny flat, which is nicely and comfortably furnished and decorated, has a sitting room with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with bath tube and shower with lots of hot water, as well as a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. A safe parking garage is also within walking distance of the apartment.

The recently renovated 50 m², large apartment, in an elegant house of architectural significance, built in 1940 is located in the most prominent tourist place of Budapest, on the Pest side, on the Vaci Street. This is the famous pedestrian street, parallel to, and two blocks from, the Danube.
