Only a stone's throw from Klima's peaceful white pebble beach, Villa Culdeloon is a compact, cosy villa. The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen, which is open plan with a living area and a convertible bed suitable for a younger child. Also on the ground floor is a twin-bedroom with ceiling fan and a shower room with WC. A spiral staircase leads up to the first floor twin bedroom which also has its own shower room and WC. This room also has a small sun terrace with a lovely sea view. The house has a surrounding garden, a stone-built barbecue and a wonderful and very spacious terrace to the front, largely covered with a pergola, which looks across the the sea to Turkey. Guests have told us that they spend most of their day here, relaxing, sunbathing and dining! It really is an important feature of the house. There is ample wardrobe/storage space on both floors. All windows and both doors have mosquito nets even although this is not a problem in this part of the island!

30-40 minutes from the airport. Klima is a relaxing and peaceful seaside spot in the undeveloped south eastern corner of Samos. It is built around a delightful bay with an uncrowded, white pebble beach and crystal clear calm water. Although it is only 14 km from Samos Town, the winding road and the beautiful surrounding countryside contribute to the ‘get-away’ atmosphere. It has two taverns right on the beach. Posidonion, a tiny fishing hamlet also with two waterfront taverns and a small mini-market are just 2 km away. The beach is less than a 1 minute stroll from the house! Klima is an ideal place for those who wish peace and quietness. At the same time, it is ideal for those who wish to go out and about and explore this beautiful and varied island.
