Villa Oleander is a comfortable villa for up to 8 people. It lies directly next to the sea and has a large garden covering 1,400 square metres. The villa was built in 1964 and has been continuously modernised. The living quarters on the top floor cover 110 m² and there is also 71 m² of partially covered verandas. Looking out from the spacious living-room/kitchen area, you have a fantastic panorama view of the sea. The two bedrooms, each containing 2 and 3 beds, are situated on the garden side of the house. Hot water is provided via a modern solar system. If you are visiting during a cooler period of the year, each room has central heating in order to make your stay more comfortable. The House has air conditioning. The rooms on the lower floor cover some 55 m², with a further 78 m² of roofed terrace area. These rooms include a kitchen, a WC, a lounge with 3 beds and a utility room with washing machine. Just twenty steps across, the pebble beach separates you from the sea.

Nerantza lies directly at the north coast of the Peloponnese, 15 km west of Corinth, not far from Athens. The village was discovered as a holiday location in the 1960s by Athenians, wanting to escape the city at weekends. So it came to be that family villas were established directly at the edge of the beach. To date, Nerantza remains largely undiscovered by foreign tourism. The house is located at the centre of the village, close to food stores and taverns. The proximity to Athens and the international airport in combination with its location, has given the village an advantage for people who are interested to combine relaxing time on the beach with daily excursions in interesting sites around. The Ancient Corinth is 15 minutes away, the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus is 70 minutes away, Olympia is 90 minutes away, Delphi is 2 hours away, Mycenae is 60 minutes away, Athens is 70 minutes away, Loutraki is 20 minutes away.
Availability notes The rates include the rent charge as well as bed linen, hand- and bath towels (2 sets per Person), a normal energy (max. 100 Kilowatt per week) and water consumption, final cleaning, air conditioning, heating costs, ADSL internet connection and dish towel. There are no hidden costs! The Villa Oleander is rented in two week lettings, from Saturday to Saturday. The rental prices include an electricity allowance of up to 100 kWh per week. If more is used, then a charge of 22,00 cents/kWh will be made. Winter rental/winter holidays: if you are interested in renting the property for 2 months or more during the months between November and March, we would be pleased to make you an attractive offer – just ask. The house has oil central heating. The village is also inhabited during the winter months and all of the shops are open 7 days a week. The supermarket, the butcher’s shop, the corner shop as well as cafés and taverns are all within easy reach by foot. Just one hour away by car is the well-known ski resort, Kalavrita, situated at 1,700m/2,340 m above sea-level. The Greek carnival towns of Patras and Loutraki are located a short distance away. Loutraki, the health and spa resort with its spa and spring waters and casino, is 20 kms away. Nearby, you can find Greek language course for foreigners, a riding stable, various diving schools and a centre for ergo therapy, mediation and feng shui.

The easiest way is to take a flight to Athens. From there, it is approx. 1 to 1,5 hour by car to Nerantza. If you wish, we can arrange a reasonably priced taxi service for the journey from Athens airport or Patras port to Nerantza and back for you.
Sun & Beach
It is a very sunny house with beautiful sea and beach views. You can prepare your family meal, whilst at the same time watching your children playing on the beach or in the garden. In the morning dawn you can watch the most beautiful sunrise from the balcony or the living area which goes towards the balcony.
