If you are active persons, then you are at the right place. Within a small radius you have the possibility of visiting the ancient excavations of Philippi (Alexander the Great), the nature reserve of the Nestosdelta, the 2 million years old cave of Alistrati, and the island of Thassos or take a trip to the old monasteries of our region. At request we can accompany you on your excursion. You can visit in only 10 minutes (by car or bus) the astonishing sand dunes 'Ammolfi'. This beach has been voted as one of the three best beaches in Greece, especially of its water quality.
