On the ground floor, surrounding the fireplace, you will find the spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with an exit leading out to the garden and patios. On the same level there is a bedroom and a bright large bathroom with 2 washbasin & bathroom units, bath, shower, WC, urinal & bidet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a shower room with washbasin and WC and an open light-flooded gallery. A fully glazed gable with a balcony is the ideal place to relax. Of course there is also a hedged garden with 2 patios, garden furniture and private parking. The central location of Düren is ideal. Holland, Belgium, Cologne and Düsseldorf are within 30-40 minutes reach. Many interesting day excursions are possible in the further surroundings to places like Phantasialand, the Nürburg racing track and the vineyards bordering the Rhine, the Mosel and the Ahr.
