Grömitz is a small lively seaside resort on the Baltic Sea, situated in beautiful Eastern Holstein with its rolling landscape, lakes and forests. The old Hanse cities of Hamburg and Lübeck with its beautiful 800 year old city centre can be reached in 60 respectively 30 minutes by car. You can explore Eastern Holstein by car, by foot, bike or horseback. An 18 hole sea view golf course is situated 4 minutes` walk from the house, with about 11 further golf courses in easy driving distance. The Baltic offers almost every kind of water sports, you can go deep sea fishing or sweet water fishing in the vicinity. The town centre of Grömitz offers a variety of shops and boutiques for almost every taste. In case of bad weather, go swimming in the public salt water swimming pool, which is great fun for kids.

Notes to the rental rates: The cleaning fee is 50 Euros, plus the fee (Kurtaxe) which the town of Grömitz takes is 2,50 Euros per adult and day, and 1,50 Euros per child and day both are payable on arrival.
In the holiday season (June 14 till August 31) the property is let for a minimum of one week, starting Saturdays, during the rest of the year shorter stays are of course possible.
The booking is valid as soon as the deposit (20 % of the total sum) is made. The rest of the payment is due 4 weeks before the beginning of the stay.
The house is completely and comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Apart from the living room with leather couches and separate dining room, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a balcony, terrace, central heating and fireplace. Two TV sets with satellite dish and DVD Players, a radio and CD player are at your convenience. The small garden is fenced in, ideal for smaller children. The terrace faces south, catching the sun all day long. Garden furniture for 6 persons and a garden grill are provided. Dogs are very welcome, too.
