Our luxurious 5 star penthouse-tower apartment has a wonderful location on the last floor of a vacation house, on a kilometres long beach with fine sand. From here, you can have a good overview and enjoy the fantastic panorama over the Baltic Sea and the entire coast up to Lübeck-Travemünde from your own, 35 m² large south terrace. The terrace reminds of a winter garden. A beach chair is available for free, in the summer months. It is worth visiting our wellness penthouse also thanks to its subtropical swimming pool with 29 C° water temperature. So that you can completely relax and have everything you need during your vacation, we completely renewed our apartment in 2007. You will find top quality equipment with fireplace, warming booth, massage-chair, feet massage machine, air conditioning, washing machine, dish washer, as well as several TV sets, DVD player, video recorder and stereo system.

The Baltic Sea resort Sierksdorf is also called ‘Loge seat at the Baltic Sea’ thanks to its location. Here, you will find among others a kilometres long sea shore with fine sands, a fantastic beach promenade, an impressive cliff line, many hiking and walking paths, as well as a huge and well marked route network for bikes. On request, we can offer you a bread roll delivery service. This means that you would receive daily fresh backed bread rolls, as well as daily newspapers comfortably and directly at your vacation home. There are beauty and wellness arrangements the whole years through. Among others, there are facials, body, back and neck massage, thermo therapy, manicure and pedicure, peeling, feet reflex zone massage, anti-age therapy, oxygen therapy, Reiki, Clycolymer therapy, etc. You can also book in advance for wellness packages. All types of massage, arrangements, and therapies will be made by recognized local provider, with who we collaborate and you can also receive a gift coupon for them. Some of these wellness activities can take place directly in our house. We are happy to organize for you a private wellness. Contact us when you make the booking. For enabling you to enjoy your holiday from the very first minute, we offer a special shopping service in cooperation with the local supermarket. Your order will be delivered before your arrival. You don’t have to worry about anything. Just imagine, you arrive late, put the suitcases away and fall onto the bed. After a short break you get hungry. You go to the refrigerator, open it – and everything you need for a small snack, or even for the breakfast the next morning is already there. You have the choice to get a small basic package of 15 € (bread, butter, jam, small choice of meat and cheese, coffee, milk, 2 bottles of gaseous water) or our comfort package of 25 €. This additionally includes 6 eggs, yoghurt, 1 banana, 1 apple, 1 bottle of orange juice, 1 bottle of wine, 2 bottles of beer, and 1 chocolate bar. Additional requests will be considered.

The romantic bedroom has a double bed, canopy and a panoramic sea view. Enjoy the fantastic sea view in the morning, when you wake up, or during the day, while relaxing. We tried a lot to create a top quality, Mediterranean design. Very high ceilings, as well as special furniture pieces offer a unique atmosphere. Further more, a TV with cable and a wellness alarm radio, as well as 2 small bed stands are at your disposal. In the second bedroom, there are 2 separate single beds, as well as a typically decorated cornice. Opaque jalousies, comfortable spring mattresses, as well as adjustable slatted frames (both in the romantic bedroom and in the guests/ children room) take care of your comfortable sleep. You have your own beach chair, 2 bikes, and a private basement garage, all inclusive. There is an elevator in the house. Children high chair and cot are available, upon request. The apartment is comfortably equipped. It has a hallway, 2 separate bedrooms, 1 large living/dining room with panoramic view over the Baltic Sea, modern and completely equipped Miele kitchen with washing machine, dish washer and microwave, separate storage room, various books, games and DVDs, special telescope for sky, land and sea watching, several TV sets, DVD players, video recorders and stereo system, as well as an elegant marble bathroom with shower, radiator and hair dryer. Moreover, a huge, well furnished south terrace with fireplace (with alcohol base fire) and integrated winter garden is at your disposal. On the property of your vacation house, there is a tennis court and a comfortable bar, a small shop and a diving center. The children playground can be found behind the house.
Your apartment headed to the south is located very quietly and sunny and offers, additionally to the wonderful view you can enjoy through the window, a very central location. All restaurants, several shops, the Sierksdorfer tourism office, many athletic and free time facilities, different cultural offers, the banana museum, the Hansapark, famous with families with children, as well as the Baltic Sea spas of Haffkrug and Scharbeutz are easily reachable by foot from your apartment. Great importance is attached was put to luxurious and comfortable furniture in our penthouse apartments, for making your stay as pleasurable as possible. As our winter garden is also completely equipped, it makes a second living room, where you can start your day with a sparkling wine-breakfast with sea view, listening to relaxing music while taking a nap, where your kids can play undisturbed.

We outfitted the terrace with glass elements that can be variegated after your wishes, for offering you to enjoy a terrific ‚sea-view atmosphere’ also during the evening hours and the colder months. You have the choice to let the sun tan you on a divan bed in the open or spend a few relaxing hours in the relax armchair in the enclosed winter garden in front of a nice fire. As the terrace faces the south, you can enjoy the sun on your own sun deck in a private atmosphere – away from nosy views. The dreamlike view goes all the way from Neustadt and Groemitz in the north to Haffkrug, Scharbeutz and Timmendorf in the south up to Luebeck-Travemuende. Our “Romantic advice”: It is especially romantic to let the day fade a way with a glass of red wine in the winter garden and enjoy the breathtaking sunset with sea view.
Swimming pool in the house
Because of the „wellness oasis“ with heat cabin, foot whirlpool bath and chi-massage equipment, as well as an own subtropical swimming pool at 29 ° water temperature, our “wellness penthouse sea view” is worth the trip during all seasons. In our swimming pool you can find a pool of 25x15 m and a special nonswimmer pool with an elephant slide. For your physical wellbeing there is also water gymnastics. Usually the admission to the subtropical swimming area is charged for holiday guests. However, we decided to give our guests a free 6-entry card that is to your free disposal. If you need further tickets, you can get those easily at the location. AS the swimming pool belongs to the complex, you will get special prices.
Wellness and health
For enabling you to completely recreate in the penthouse, we got the idea of offering something special to our guests: an infrared heat cabin. This produces heat that is comparable to a positively working radiation of the sun. In comparison to a classic sauna, temperatures of 45°c are felt to be very pleasant in the heat cabin. Heart and circulation aren’t burdened as much. This is why the use of this cabin is also adequate for elderly people and children. Especially the positive effect on many parts of the body, for example back problems, headache, nervous contraction. Additionally to the warm temperatures (40-65°C) a special colour light therapy, quiet music, as well as aromatic substances make it very relaxing. Our highlight: relax in our heat cabin and enjoy the panoramic view of the sea.
Beach and relaxation
In Sierksdorf a long beach is waiting for you – and that right at your doorstep. The Baltic Sea beach with fine sand can be reached easily and comfortably by a shot walk from our apartment. Because of the proximity to the beach it isn’t even necessary to cross the street. The beach path leads through an alley, alongside a lake, directly to the Baltic Sea beach. It is under surveillance by the DLRG, is 5 kilometres long and very well manicured. Here children and adults find water fun at a clean and flat beach. Swimming, making sand castles, diving, playing, surfing, sailing and making walks, or just relaxing in the sand – it’s all your choice. After recreating hours at the beach many guests are attracted by the steep coast of Sierksdorf, from where you can make a little walk or an extended hike with a terrific view of the Lübecker bay.
Sierksdorf, your vacation destination
In the resort Sierksdorf – the green town at the sea – you can either enjoy a recreating beach or wellness holiday, an athletic active holiday or a companionable family holiday. There’s something for everybody’s taste. You have the choice, whether you want an adventure or a quiet and comfortable holiday. Here in Sierksdorf, wher the world is still at peace, both is possible. But also romantic people get their money worth: where are there more quiet places next to the lively Baltic Sea resort? During a stroll through Sierksdorf you will see majestic villas and park like properties of many stars (like actor Armin Müller-Stahl, who has a house in Sierksdorf) and some old alleys, several idyllic farms and thatched fishing houses. This area is still typically northern German. This diverse landscape has been attracting new holiday guests all the time and has inspired popular artists.

A vacation in Sierksdorf means a vacation on the beach, in the middle of nature, and in a really charming landscape. Sport activities such as surfing, golf, sightseeing, riding, parachuting and water skiing are part of an eventful, exciting and active vacation. If the weather is bad, you can still have a variety of cultural events for your entertainment. Especially the Banana Museum, Gut Siershagen with the castle courtyard and the gardens, the property Hasselburg with baroque castles from 1280, as well as a workshop house are worth seeing. Besides, there are numerous cultural activities such as the artistic craftsmen’s market, children programmes, art exhibits, concerts, cabaret, yoga courses and Nordic Walking meetings, as well as special painting and drawing weeks. In the close vicinity, there are further interesting trip destinations, such as a large farmers’ market, ‘nostalgia’ train, a ‘Donkey Park’, a Sea Aquarium, a Baltic health resort, glassblowing and a 5 - seen trip.

One of the most favoured destinations for the vacationers is the Natural Park ‘Holsteinische Schweiz’ (‘Switzerland of Holstein’), which is only 15 minutes away. The park has over 72.000 ha and over 200 lakes, as well as many woods and a diversified hilly landscape. The park is very popular among the hikers and the bikers. Many vacationers find the park a nice variation from the beach related activities. Further interesting places are: the medieval ‘Marzipan City’ Luebeck, with the Holstentor, the Hanseatic City Hamburg with the port, the ‘Reeperbahn’ and numerous musicals, Bad Segeberg, with numerous, famous Karl May Festivals, the Fehmarn Island, as well as Scandinavia.
Hanseatic Park
Next to the long beach, the cliff and the Sierksdorfer hinterland, the famous Hanseatic Park is one of the main attractions in the neighbourhood. It is the only German theme park at the sea, and it is located in the most beautiful part of North Germany. In Sierksdorf, on the Baltic Sea coast, the air is salty and the seagulls circle over fish banks. According to survey reports, the Hanseatic Park is the second leisure park in Germany. All in all, there are 11 various themes, flowers, various exotic flowers, over 125 attractions, many shows, as well as water circus with sea lions, jungle theatre with parakeets. Besides, here you can find the biggest and the most successful Varieté Theatre in the North. Spend one day in the Hanseatic Park, which can be reached in only 10 minutes on foot from our house. The region surrounding the Baltic Sea resort of Sierksdorf is also a true paradise for golfers. Here you have the difficult choice: in an ambit of about 25 minute drive around the resort Sierksdorf there are 7 different golf courses at your disposal. Some of those are virtually at your doorsteps. Sierksdorf is a perfect origin for that, because the golf complexes are spread in a semi-circle (to the north, west and south) around the resort and are all easily available within a few minutes. The ‘Golfclub Brodauer Mühle’, for example, is only a 10 minute drive away. The 18-whole course with 9 whole small course and driving range is a perfect place for hiking and playing the beauty of the hilly landscape of Ostholstein.
