The tastefully and perfectly furnished apartment is located on the second floor in an attractive residential building built during the turn of the century. The kitchen consists of electric stove with 4 ceramic plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and dining facilities for 4 persons. The main dining-room invites to eat comfortably. The large living-room is equipped with radio, FFS and telephone. Nordic massive wood beds and quality mattresses guarantee a relaxed night’s rest. On request, cot and highchair are available. There is also a spacious bathroom with bath and shower. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are located in the immediate surroundings of the building. The stop line of tram no. 3 is within a few steps, so that your car might take a rest on one of the numerous parking spaces. Taking the tramline 3, which leaves every 10 minutes, you get to the centre of the city within 15 minutes.

This holiday apartment is located right on Dresden in the district of Pieschen, street Hubertusstrasse number 32, reachable taking the highway A 4, exit “Wilder Mann” heading towards the centre of the city after approx. 1 km. By train, at the station of Neustadt, you take the tramline number 3 towards “Wilder Mann”, which takes about 9 minutes getting to “Hubertusplatz”. From the Airport Dresden, take the suburban train and the airport bus until the train station of Newtown (Bahnhof Neustadt), where you take the tramline number 3 to “Hubertusplatz”.
