Wertheim is a small charming provincial town in the heart of Germany, which offers all sorts of activities. Very popular are walking and bicycle tours in beautiful and interesting nature along the 2 rivers “Main” and “Tauber”. You can visit museums and concerts and do al lot of sports, e.g. golf course nearby, tennis courts and swimming-pools. Close to Wertheim you will find very interesting places and cities, e.g. Miltenberg with historic sites of the 13th Century. In Wuerzburg, the capital of Lower Franconia you will enjoy the epoch of the baroque to the full. Bad Mergentheim is a famous health resort with mineral springs. The monastery “Kloster Bronnbach” is one of the most important convent churches of Southern Germany.
