Key-transfer: the keys for your apartment are handed over in the office of company Kluge holiday-services in the centre of Westerland at your arrival day between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Please consider, that under normal conditions the apartment can't be taken over before 3 p.m. because guest are leaving the apartment till 10 a.m. at the same day and the apartment has to be cleaned before your arrival. In the office of company Kluge holiday-services in the centre of Westerland you also pay at your arrival-day for apartment-cleaning and you receive your guest-cards.
