The whole year for vacation in a stylish ambiance at low prices, ideal for group trips & family meetings. The villa is found in Bodenmais with a gorgeous panoramic view of the village and of the Silberberg (ski-lift). The largest cross-country skiing centre in the Bavarian forest is found only about 5 minutes away and it is about 10 minutes to the skiing world cup region of the 'Großer Arber'. Pure relaxation in the summer and winter: hiking, biking, culture, nature, swimming, golfing, cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, sledding & of course feasting - everything is possible here! It is centrally located between Munich, Nuremberg, Regensburg, Salzburg, Linz and Prague. Our ten cosy rooms are all tastefully and modern furnished: each has their own private shower-bathroom, flat-screen TV, DVD/CD player. Our free rental service for books, games, CDs and DVDs provides good entertainment and our sauna makes for a comforting relaxation after a day full of activities.

Notes to the rental rates: Prices correspond to a complete booking of the entire, separate rooms (8 double rooms and 2 single rooms, plus 2 cots possible) for a maximum of 20 people, including a wonderful kitchen, etc; bookings can only be on a week basis (starting at 7 nights). The visitor's tax (1.80 Euro/day for adults and 0.90 Euro/day for children) is separate and is to be paid in cash on the arrival day.
Services: accommodations (up to 20 people), included: bed sheets & towels, final cleaning, usage of all space including the kitchen, living room and dining room with tile stove (firewood will be separately deducted), free sauna on Sundays, free internet (24 hours). Pension services, like room service or breakfast by request for a fee - not bookable from October to December. The visitor's tax (1.80 Euro/day for adults and 0.90 Euro/day for children) is separate and is to be paid in cash on the arrival day.
Those booking are liable for all possible damages that may arise. A cash deposit in the amount of 600 € is due on the day of arrival and will be paid back within 7 days after your departure.

The high standard is almost unique for a vacation rental object (no-smoking house). You will find a completely furnished villa for your vacation: the bed sheets, towels and bath robes are prepared for you in all rooms - central heating makes for comfortable warmth. The large kitchen offers space for one (or even multiple) professional cooks and is also completely furnished. Eat breakfast in tranquillity in the cosy tiled-stove room or on the large, panoramic patio. Use the Finnish sauna and rent DVDs, CDs, books and games. We would love to send you more photos and information via email. Evenings you can make yourself comfortable with a good bottle of wine in our cosy living room with a tiled-stove. Here you can let the day end with your friends - in the summer you can grill on the big patio. So that you can remain connected to the outside world, you can use our free DSL-internet station located in the house.
Summer: the Großer Arber, with 1456 m, is the highest mountain in the Bavarian forest and that is also why the mountain is called the 'king of the Bavarian forest'. The Rissloch waterfalls (a beautiful walk from the Villa Montana), diverse bogs, the Große Arbersee and the Kleine Arbersee underneath the summit and the natural forestry define this diverse region. Winter: the ski area at Großer Arber is about 10 km away you can drive your car or take the environment friendly ski bus. From experts to beginners - everyone finds their level of difficulty here! National competitions and FIS-World-Cup-ski races are held here. Through a consistent advancement of the lifts - with the construction of a 6 person circular gondola tram and the construction of two 6 seat chair lifts - the ski area at Arber has risen to become the most modern ski area in Germany. An 8 km ski-run leads you directly from the Arber summit to Bodenmais and to public swimming hall.

The Oberzwieselau golf course: if you are coming from Deggendorf, the Oberzwieselau golf course can be reached by taking the 'Zwiesel Mitte' exit towards Frauenau - a total of three kilometres. The clubhouse is located next to the 400 year old drive way in the centre of the 18-hole championship course which is harmonically integrated into the landscape - also extremely close is the Oberzwieselau castle. An area of 100 hectares from the property of Count Mellin Wolffersdorffschen that was used earlier for farming and forestry or as a park, makes for the ideal basis for a golf course integrated into the landscape. For the construction, only minimal earth moving was necessary. Natural obstacles in the form of ancient deciduous trees, rushing creeks and still ponds give every hole its own individual beauty and makes each hole an adventure. Due to the generous space, there are hardly ever problems with hitting.
