Our house is located in a peaceful service street of Sanguinet, near a large fresh water lake and at a distance of 18 km from the Atlantic coast (Biscarrosse-Plage). The detached house is surrounded by a 900 m² large, fenced garden. The holiday home built in 1992 has 170 m² and offers you lots of living space. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lavish entrance area, living area and dining area with an open, fully-equipped built-in kitchen. It is best suited for 6 people. Large window fronts, bright pine furniture, a high-quality lounge suite (all in a well-tended condition) and an open fireplace provide for a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Likewise, a garage and a laundry room with washing machine and drier are made available for you. Terraces run around the entire house so that you can always pick out sunny or shady places for yourself.

Sanguinet, a typical French village of approx 3000 inhabitants, lies 70 km south west from Bordeaux and 15 km south from Arcachon. Here, in the various shops (a supermarket is also available) you can get everything, that you need for the daily life and for your holiday. The village is located directly on one of France's largest fresh water lakes; the distance to the Atlantic amounts is approx. 20 km. You can make many excursion from Sanguinet: towards Bordeaux (70 km), towards Arcachon (15 km), to the Dune of Pyla – the highest dune of Europe (17 km), to the „Aqualand“ – a water theme park (9 km), towards Biarritz (130 km), in the Pyrenees with the largest limestone caves of Europe (150 km), in Medoc (60 km), to the Dordogne (80 km), towards Saint Emilion (100 km). Golf courses are available in Gujan (6 km), in Biscarrosse (12 km) and in Arcachon (15 km).

All rooms have electric central heating and European plug sockets. 1 spacious bathroom with WC, wash basin and bath tub is located in the ground floor, 1 spacious bathroom with WC, wash basin and shower is located in the first floor. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards or normal cupboards. 3 bedrooms with French beds (1 x 1,80m x 2,00m, 2 x 1,60 x 2,00m), 1 room with 2 single beds, blankets, pillows and bedding for 6 persons. What you need to bring along: Towels, dish towels, bed linen. One can also rent bed linen against a fee of 10 € per person.
